How do I book a visit?
Call 95156 43476, or send a WhatsApp. Tell us your name, your area, and what the purifier is doing. We confirm a time. The form on this page opens WhatsApp with your message ready.
How often should the purifier be serviced?
For many homes, a look every 3 to 6 months is enough. It depends on your water and how many people drink from it. If the flow is slow, the taste changes, or the tank is slow to fill, call sooner.
My water tastes odd. What happens on the visit?
We check the filters, the membrane, and the TDS. A bad taste often means a filter is old, or the purifier needs a clean. We tell you what we found, and the cost, before we change anything.
Will you change parts that are still fine?
No. We show you the old part. If it is still doing its job, it stays. If it needs to go, we say why, and what the new one costs, before we fit it.
Which brands do you service?
Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, AO Smith, Blue Star, Havells, LG, Tata Swach, and most local RO, UV, and UF machines. If you do not know the brand, send a photo.
What is yearly care?
A few visits in the year, so the purifier is cleaned before it fails. We say how many visits and what it costs, on the phone, before you agree. Calling only when something is wrong is also fine.
Can you install a purifier I bought myself?
Yes. We fit it, connect the water, and check that it runs. It should be near a tap and a power point. This page does not sell purifiers.
I am shifting house. Can you move it?
Yes. We take it off safely and can fit it at the new home. Tell us both areas when you call.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes, if the day is not already full. We say the time on the call. We do not promise a minute we cannot keep.
What does a visit cost?
It depends on the work. A filter is not the same job as a repair. We tell you the amount before we start. There is no price list on this page, so a number here cannot surprise you later.
What should be ready at home?
Someone to open the door, space to reach the purifier, and a tap nearby. An old bill or the brand name helps, but it is not required.
Is there a shop to visit?
No. We come to your home, or to a small shop or office. You book by phone or WhatsApp.
